  • Model Shown: This is the SPLASH-B-SRO (SPLB-SRO), the SARR Surface Water Drysuit that is waterproof but non-breathable. This drysuit is tougher and more economical than the breathable SARR Surface Water Drysuits.
  • Color: Sea Rescue Orange (SRO) top/bottom, for high visibility.
  • Materials: Tough, military specification high tenacity 210  denier High Count nylon, 210HC.  High Count nylon contains more threads woven into each square inch of fabric.  The resulting fabric has a very tightly packed weave for extraordinary abrasion and puncture resistance.
  • Waterproof Coating: The waterproof coating on the 210HC nylon is on the inside to protect it from the scratches and punctures that occur on the outside of the fabric. The 210HC nylon is triple coated with three ounces of polyurethane. Two solution coats of polyurethane are impregnated deep into the fibers of the nylon. A high molecular density layer of polyurethane is then laminated to these solution coats, for total waterproofing and for internal abrasion resistance.
  • Design: All OS SYSTEMS SARR Surface Water Drysuits are designed with Freedom Cut features for complete and unrestricted freedom of movement. Sidearm Panel GussetsÔ extend from the wrist all the way down the arm to the waist. The Crotch gusset extends from one ankle through the crotch and all the way down to the opposite ankle for unparalleled fit, function and freedom of movement.
  • Reinforcing: Cordura Butt Pad and Knee Pads for protection, strength and improved slip control.
  • Safety: Reflective Tape - (2) 1" Red/Orange horizontal strips on each forearm just above Wrist Wraps (1" SOLAS tape optional - n/c).
  • Entry: Front diagonal entry, #8 diving quality, brass tooth zipper for easy and fast donning and doffing and guaranteed watertightness.
  • Seals: Longlife Latex commercial grade rubber neck and wrist seals are thicker and more durable (minimum thickness is .030"). Made in the USA. These seals are also easily replaceable. Seal specifications and replacement instructions are available by clicking on these links.
  • Footwear: Longlife Latex socks are standard.  Made in the USA, they are thicker and more durable (minimum thickness is .035”).  Longlife Latex ankle seals are a N/C option.  Easily replaceable.  OS recommends using non-attached boots or footwear for the best individual fit, the best lace up ankle support, and the best walking and traction sole.  NOTE:  Latex socks are designed to be worn inside some non-attached footwear option.  Do not walk on the latex socks without this protective footwear.
  • Seal Protection:CL Neo Neoprene/Cordura Wrist Wraps and Ankle Wraps cover and protect the seals.
  • Extra Protection:Cordura Neck Wrap w/zipper closure, and Cordura Entry Zipper Cover are available at a small extra charge.
  • Relief Zipper: Men's style Relief Zipper w/Cordura Zipper Cover is in available as an option for a small charge.
  • Seams: Seams are double stitched for strength and fusion sealed on the inside for water tightness.
  • Team Patch: OS will sew a team patch on a new drysuit at N/C if it is provided with the order.
  • Testing: Each drysuit is individually tested under pressure and under water.
  • Warranty: Two year limited warranty.  See Warranty page.
