OS SYSTEMS designs and owns all of the molds used to dip its LongLife Latex Seals™. LongLife Latex Seals™ are dipped from only the best high modulus natural gum latex rubber to maximize memory and longevity. The latex rubber is surgical grade, with the addition only of black dye, a minimum amount of ozone inhibitor and a long life sealant.
LongLife Latex Seals™ are not hypoallergenic, however, each does undergo a triple leeching process to minimize the protein content. Protein content is thought to be a contributing factor in some allergic reactions to rubber.
The minimum thickness specifications for LongLife Latex Seals™ are: Standard seals – .026"; Commercial seals – .030".
LongLife Latex Seals™ are used exclusively in the production and the repair of OS SYSTEMS' products and can also be used in the repair and replacement of seals on other companies' drysuits. All our seals come with a 60 day no fault warranty and are best installed using our own PB-300 glue.

 Neck Seal
"Bellows" seal with a conical, ringed neck. The rings provide additional water tight integrity by serving as miniature o-rings against the skin and the taper allows for a more comfortable fit. The bellows portion allows the user more freedom of movement than a traditional tapered seal. The thickness has been worked out to be thick enough to last and thin enough to give a comfortable stretch. Fit 8" diameter drysuit neck opening.

 Wrist Seal
The square shoulder bottle shape makes these wrist seals easier to don and gives more freedom of movement. The ringed tube at the sealing area increase comfort and provide extra water tight integrity. These are sold as pairs only. Fit 11¼" circumference drysuit sleeve opening.

 Ankle Socks These aren't to be glued to a suit, but worn just like regular socks under or over an ankle seal to keep the feet warm and dry. Sold by the pair only.

 POLAR-BOOTS (Not built by OS SYSTEMS)
Neoprene drysuit diving boots with heavy duty soles. These feature low profile toes that fit easily in fins, reinforcing for wear areas, fin-keeper heels and easy flex ankles.
NOTE: Any available size of POLAR-BOOTS can be ordered with any new drysuit. POLAR-BOOTS can also be retrofitted on any OS drysuit, by the factory, by a drysuit repair center, by the dealer, or even by the diver. All POLAR-BOOTS come trimmed and prepped, and have the preliminary layers of PB-300 already adhered so that the POLAR-BOOTS are ready to install on the drysuit. This is as easy as installing latex socks.

 Drysuit Hood
We ship the drysuit Hood (DLS-8) with the  rubber covering the nose and mouth still uncut so that the customer can trim the hood for the best individual equipment fit.
