| OS Systems works closely with a
team of professional stores in supporting our product lines. We
encourage our customers, whenever possible, to work with those dealers
for equipment selection, fit, maintenance and information on use and
care. If your local professional store doesn't carry OS Systems
products, please e-mail us with your contact information, including
address, day and night phone numbers and the items that you are
interested in. We will insure that you are able to secure your purchase.
We have made some products
directly available throughout this website to help keep you and your OS
Systems products in top shape. Those items are indicated by a Add to
Cart button  that will add that item to your cart. Shipping
and handling will be added to all orders ($10 minimum, UPS Ground,
Continental USA).
None of your personal information
will be shared, loaned, sold or given to anyone outside of OS Systems,
or the credit card company, and will be collected and used only for the
purpose of processing your order.
Purchasers who buy any standard
OS Systems product directly from OS Systems, may return that product,
within 30 days of receipt, for any reason.
If the purchase is made by credit
card, Purchasers who buy any standard OS Systems stocking product, not
made to order, will be charged only a minimum 7% restocking fee.
Purchaser will be charged a 25% restocking fee for the return of any
non-stocking, standard OS Systems product so purchased, which is made
to order. In any event, Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and
handling charges from OS Systems to Purchaser and from Purchaser to OS
Systems.
If the purchase is not made by
credit card, Purchasers who buy any standard OS Systems product,
whether stocking or not, directly from OS Systems, will be charged a
25% restocking fee. Purchaser is further responsible for all shipping
and handling charges from OS Systems to Purchaser and from purchaser to
OS Systems.
Any product which is custom made,
ie. not a standard OS Systems product, in feature design, color
selection, or sizing, can not be returned for any reason, if such order
is made to the Purchaser's specifications.
